Projeric Passing Guarantee

At Projeric, our highest priority is helping you pass your PMP® or CAPM® exam on your very first attempt. We’re so confident in our proven teaching method that we guarantee all exam prep students will earn their PMP or CAPM certification after completing one of our complete certification training courses.

Any student who successfully completes one of our complete certification training courses is covered by the Projeric Passing Guarantee. If a student completes a complete certification training course and fails the PMP or CAPM exam within 30 days of completing the course, we will provide a full refund of the course tuition. To initiate the refund, the customer must provide the official electronic score report (emailed to the test taker by PMI/Pearson VUE after the exam) showing the exam date and confirmation number, by sending an email to customercare@projeric.com. The name on the electronic score report must exactly match the name on the Projeric account.
