PMP Training Course Overview

Designed to be missing single course that completely covers the exam scope, this course offers the most extensive coverage of the PMP exam on the market and is designed to be the ONLY COURSE a candidate needs to pass the exam. Developed by best-selling author A. Togay Koralturk—a globally recognized educator with books taught in top U.S. universities—this game-changing training simplifies even the most challenging topics and helps candidates understand (not just memorize) the essential information for the exam. This approach equips candidates to successfully pass the PMP exam on the first try and effectively apply this knowledge to real-life projects.

Aligned with the current PMP Examination Content Outline, this complete training solution covers agile, predictive, and hybrid approaches, includes 1,500+ realistic practice questions with detailed answer explanations, features nearly 1,000 Ultimate Tips for Exam Success, and 500+ online flashcards.

The PMP exam includes predictive, agile, and hybrid project management approaches. There is no chance of passing the exam if you are experienced in only one approach, which is the case for most test-takers. Therefore, this training course teaches all approaches and exam topics in great detail.

As project management practices have undergone dramatic changes in the last decade, PMI introduced a radical transformation in its standards as well as the PMP exam content, which is no longer solely structured around PMI’s Process Groups model. Therefore, this course is not an update from a previous edition. Instead, it has been created from scratch to reflect this significant transformation, as it would not be feasible to create a guide that properly addresses this crucial shift in project management practices otherwise.

The course features Ultimate Tips for Exam Success sections throughout all chapters, presenting nearly 1,000 exam tips that pinpoint the types of questions you should expect on the exam, key points you need to know, and challenges you may encounter. Upon completion of the course, these sections will also enable you to easily review key points for the exam in no time and ensure first-time success on the actual exam.

"First of all, a big thanks to Projeric and Togay Koralturk for putting their best efforts into this course. This is hands down the best PMP course out there. I took my exam in mid-October and passed with flying colors thanks to this training. This course actually teaches you how to think like a project manager. The explanations are clear, structured, and practical, and you can easily tell it’s created by a true expert with deep experience. The hundreds of exam tips throughout the course were especially helpful for keeping me focused on what’s most likely to appear on the exam and for helping me think the way PMI expects because thinking like PMI is essential for success on the PMP exam. Many thanks for your hard work in preparing this course for us!"

"I’ve taken several certification courses in my career, but nothing has matched the level of detail and clarity provided in this PMP training. The instructor explains concepts in a way that actually sticks. Even with no prior agile experience, this course gave me a thorough understanding of agile which is essential for passing the PMP exam. By the time I sat for the PMP exam, I felt completely prepared and passed on my first attempt. You truly make a difference and thank you so much for your efforts!"

"I’ve passed my exam Above Target using this training pack. The course is the closest thing to having a personal PMP coach guiding you through the entire process. Every module builds logically on the previous one and the agile sections are particularly strong. I’m sure this course will make a huge contribution to my career as I’ve learned tons of information that I can implement in my future projects. The way the instructor explains difficult concepts like earned value analysis and the critical path method is outstanding. This is the one resource you can truly rely on. Good luck!"

"I took the exam this morning and passed using only this training pack! This course is absolutely perfect for someone with zero knowledge about the PMP exam. The insights, examples, and detailed explanations helped me understand not only what to do, but also why it matters in real project situations. The practice exams were challenging at times, but they accurately reflected the style of the real test. If you want a resource that truly prepares you from start to finish, this is it. Thank you for your phenomenal work and for the impact you’ve had on thousands of people like me."

PMP Exam Structure & Format

The PMP exam consists of 180 questions. The allotted time to complete the exam is 230 minutes.

Of the 180 exam questions, 175 are scored and 5 are pretest (unscored) questions. Pretest questions do not impact your final exam score. They are used by PMI to collect performance data and, depending on the data collected, potentially serve as future exam questions. However, it is important to note that test-takers do not know which are scored and which are pretest questions.

The PMP exam is primarily scenario-based and tests how you apply project management principles in real situations, across predictive, agile, and hybrid contexts.
